jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne sans grumeaux. Le m\u00e9lange a une dur\u00e9e de stockage de 4 heures. Durant les p\u00e9riodes chaudes et en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019exposition directe des mat\u00e9riaux (en poudre ou liquide) \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil avant l\u2019utilisation, sinon le temps de travail est r\u00e9duit. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction minimale du substrat doit \u00eatre d\u2019au moins 1,5 N\/mm\u00b2 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression minimale d\u2019au moins 5 N\/mm\u00b2. Les substrats en b\u00e9ton doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par example par meulage afin d\u2019obtenir une surface min\u00e9rale plane et uniforme sans points saillants. Les rev\u00eatements de sol en c\u00e9ramique, en gr\u00e8s porcelaine, en marbre et en pierre existants sur les planchers et\/ou les murs doivent \u00eatre solidement fix\u00e9s au substrat et exempts de laitance sur leur surface qui pourrait compromettre l\u2019adh\u00e9rence. Sur des substrats absorbants comme le b\u00e9ton, les joints de pl\u00e2tre, etc., surtout lors de jours chauds et\/ou venteux, il est recommand\u00e9 de bien remplir le substrat d\u2019eau et de retirer l\u2019exc\u00e8s avec un outil appropri\u00e9 comme un \u00e9ponge. Le temps d\u2019ouverture du MK 2000 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature normale et dans des conditions d\u2019humidit\u00e9 est de 30 minutes. Des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques d\u00e9favorables telles que le contact avec une forte exposition directe au soleil, le s\u00e9chage et\/ou un vent tr\u00e8s humide ou un substrat tr\u00e8s absorbant peuvent r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le temps d\u2019ouverture. C\u2019est pourquoi il est important de v\u00e9rifier si l\u2019adh\u00e9sif a form\u00e9 une couche superficielle. Si une telle situation se produit, retirez l\u2019adh\u00e9sif du substrat et r\u00e9appliquez-le avant d\u2019appliquer les carreaux. Des corrections mineures doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es 30 minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019application des carreaux.
