La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction minimale du substrat doit \u00eatre d\u2019au moins 1,5 N\/mm\u00b2 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression minimale d\u2019au moins 5 N\/mm\u00b2. Les fissures existantes sur le substrat doivent \u00eatre coll\u00e9es avec la r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy fluide EPO FLUID. Sur la surface encore fra\u00eeche de l\u2019EPO FLUID, r\u00e9partissez des granulats PLANOCOLOR S 500 de sable de silice ou similaire afin de cr\u00e9er une surface min\u00e9rale. Les substrats en b\u00e9ton doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, par exemple en broyage, afin d\u2019obtenir une surface min\u00e9rale uniforme et plane sans taches saillantes. Les rev\u00eatements de sol et\/ou de mur en c\u00e9ramique, en carreaux de porcelaine, en marbre et en pierre existants doivent \u00eatre solidement fix\u00e9s au substrat et exempts de laitance sur leur surface pouvant compromettre l\u2019adh\u00e9rence. Si n\u00e9cessaire, nettoyez les rev\u00eatements avec un d\u00e9tergent appropri\u00e9, selon le type de salet\u00e9, comme le ALCALINE CLEANER ou l\u2019ACID CLEAN, puis rincez abondamment \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Sur des supports absorbants comme le b\u00e9ton, les joints de pl\u00e2tre, etc., surtout lors de jours chauds et\/ou venteux, mettez bien l\u2019eau sur le substrat et retirez l\u2019exc\u00e8s avec un chiffon appropri\u00e9. Des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques d\u00e9favorables telles que le contact avec une forte exposition directe au soleil, le s\u00e9chage et\/ou un vent tr\u00e8s humide ou un substrat tr\u00e8s absorbant peuvent r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le temps d\u2019ouverture. C\u2019est pourquoi il est important de v\u00e9rifier si l\u2019adh\u00e9sif a form\u00e9 une couche superficielle. Si tel incident survient, retirez l\u2019adh\u00e9sif du substrat et r\u00e9appliquez-le avant d\u2019appliquer les carreaux. Les petites corrections doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es 30 minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019application des carreaux.
