Mechanical Cladding Fixation
TECHNICAL AND MATERIAL DETAILS
Fixing systems accommodate all type of backing walls whether they are concrete walls, block work & masonry walls or steel structures. Marble and Granite mechanical cladding fixation includes the design, calculation and production of several types of fixings used for cladding purposes.
Products are produced from stainless steel and galvanised steel raw material. Stainless steel grade 304 (A2), 316 (A4), 316L (low carbon) and galvanized ST37 mild steel are available.
Standards:

Z-Bracket
These brackets can either be positioned vertically or horizontally. They allow adjustment without the need for shims.
Omega Bracket
Mainly used for huge offsets and fixing panels to ceilings.
L-Bracket with Pin
Cheap system used when there are no variations in the wall.

Cladding Fixation on C-Channel
Fixing on C-Channels is especially done when you need to apply mechanical cladding fixation on hollow blocks.
Plate
They are handy when the offset between the substrate and the panel is very small.
